Meet Anita

Anita Gray, LMT, CMLDT


Anita has been a licensed massage therapist for 16 years. She has always striven to apply her education, experience and passion toward customizing each client's massage session to increase pain-free movement and enhance their overall healthy lifestyle. 



Swedish Massage


A relaxation-focused form of massage during which therapists use a sequence of long, gliding strokes, kneads, and circular motions to help ease shallow tension in the muscles.

Besides helping to relax the muscles and ease superficial tension. Swedish Massage may also help boost circulation throughout the body. This type of massage is best if you're new to massage, you're looking to relieve light to moderate tension in your back and shoulders or are sensitive to touch.

Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage uses more pressure than a Swedish Massage and is used to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It uses more intense massage techniques than Swedish Massage.
It is best for relieving chronic tension and may also help range of motion. This type of massage is best if you suffer from chronic aches and pains or want more pressure than provided in Swedish Massage.

Hot Stone Massage


Hot Stone Massage is similar to a Swedish Massage which utilizes heated stones in addition to the therapists hands during the massage. The added heat  from the stones helps relieve muscle tension and can help improve blood flow.


Hot Stone Massage is ideal if you suffer from hard to relieve trouble spots and enjoy the added heat.


Sports Massage

Designed with athletes in mind, Sports Massage is a type of Swedish Massage that targets pain caused by repetitive muscle use or muscle strain. It also helps to improve flexibility and sports performance and reduce the risk for injury. It may also aid in the healing after a sports injury and it promotes flexibility and helps prevent injuries.

Prenatal Massage

​Prenatal Massage can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

This massage style aims to relieve pregnancy pains for expecting mothers. Instead of lying on her back, the client will either recline on her side or use a massage table with a hole cut in it that allows her to recline on her stomach.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage typically includes the massage therapist performing a series of intense stretches on a fully-clothed client. This form of massage is best for improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, and the temporary relief from pain.
This massage is ideal if you want help achieving deeper stretches. Clients are encouraged to wear workout clothing when receiving this massage. 

Oncology Massage


Oncology Massage is a client-specific, customized massage session designed to meet the unique and changing needs of someone in treatment for cancer or with a history of cancer treatments. The changes that might be made to a massage most often will be related to session length, pressure, position of the client on the table and areas of specific compromise or concern.

Lymphatic Drainage

A Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle massage of your tissues designed to help increase the circulation of lymph fluids in your body. The massage is usually done with light pressure with gentle, long strokes along the skin to increase the movement of lymph through your system.


Couples Massage


Therapists massage two clients side-by-side in the same room. Swedish Massage is the typical massage technique utilized, but you may also request other types of massages.

Even though it often has a romantic context, a couples massage is also a great way to reconnect with a close friend, sister, mother, daughter, etc.


Specialty Massage

Our specialty massages are individually customized to meet the needs of each client. The focus is on the client's specific areas of acute/chronic pain, pain relief and pain management, injury and surgery recovery and rehabilitation. 

Corporate Chair/Table Massage

Onsite Chair/Table Massage is done while you're seated fully clothed in a portable, specially designed chair. They usually involve a massage of your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands and are generally shorter in duration than a traditional massage.

Corporate events can be coordinated through our office.

Therapeutic Hand and Foot Treatments, Aromatherapy and/or Hot Stone treatments are available for an additional fee.
